NTEP programs are conducted through the following three stages:
1- Specialized occupational training: (3 – 6) month’s period consists of formal training on basic occupational skills followed by on job training in production line/ working stations.
2- Employment stage: a minimum one year employment contract signed by graduates as full employees in the company and aims at providing work experience for the graduated trainees under the supervision of NTEP.
